How you earn HEAT
HEAT is your wallet's earned activity score in Fuego. Trading and delegation can build it through qualifying activity and results. You cannot buy or transfer HEAT, and buying a Fuego does not transfer the previous owner's balance to you.
HEAT unlocks eligible Forge recipes. You then mint with $FUEGO and any required ingredients. Your HEAT is not spent. Recipe requirements will be announced before the Forge opens.
Activity and placement rewards

Activity HEAT and placement HEAT are separate awards, added together. First place earns 5,100 Trader HEAT; rank 50 earns 1,200. Qualifying traders outside the top 50 earn the 100 Activity HEAT award.
How multiple Fuegos affect HEAT
Five Trader registrations still earn one 100 Activity HEAT award for the qualifying wallet. One Trader registration plus four qualifying self-delegated Fuegos earns 500 Activity HEAT in total. Five qualifying externally delegated Fuegos also earn 500. Placement rewards are additional in each case.
Registration and delegation therefore reward different things: Trader Activity HEAT is wallet-level, while Backer Activity HEAT counts each qualifying NFT. Extra Trader registrations benefit from the separate registered-Fuego $FUEGO pool, not extra Trader HEAT.

Per delegated Fuego: 350 HEAT. A beneficiary’s exact shares are combined before rounding.
The trader at rank 1 earns 100 Activity HEAT once for the wallet plus a 5,000 placement award, whatever the number of Fuegos registered. Additional Trader registrations do not multiply the placement award or the Activity HEAT award.

HEAT per delegated Fuego = 100 + Backer placement pool ÷ total qualifying delegated Fuegos backing that trader
The Backer placement pool equals the backed trader's placement award and is shared across the group. Each qualifying Fuego keeps its own 100 Activity HEAT award. A beneficiary's shares are combined before rounding.
The full placement schedule
T1 placement HEAT = 100 × floor(50 × 0.97rank − 1)
The schedule starts with the original rounded rank award, then multiplies it by 100. All four categories, Trader Activity HEAT, Backer Activity HEAT, Trader placement and the matching Backer placement pool, are actual rewards at these amounts, not a display multiplier. All 50 Trader placement awards total 127,800, with up to another 127,800 in matching Backer pools. The rewards-by-rank chapter lists each position.
The Season Championship has separate rules and does not repeat the ordinary Activity HEAT award. These rewards are forthcoming until the compatible claim system opens. Nothing here means HEAT is claimable or mintable today, and no specific Forge unlock is promised yet. Fuego HEAT is not an official Lighter points balance.
