Exchanging Fuegos in the Kiln

The Kiln lets you exchange between eligible Fuego NFTs and $FUEGO. It gives holders a way to add to their collection with tokens, or turn an eligible Fuego into tokens they can use elsewhere in the economy.

Two ways to exchange

DirectionWhat you receive
$FUEGO to NFTAn available eligible Fuego that can become another Vault to activate and upgrade.
NFT to $FUEGOTokens you can hold, trade or put toward other Fuegos in your collection.

Both directions depend on eligibility, a valid quote and available assets. The Kiln has a limited token reserve and NFT inventory; an exchange is not guaranteed to be available at all times.

How First Spark funds the opening

First Spark is the planned opening of the token economy. Its 5.09MM $FUEGO launch seed is included in Season 1's ceiling, not added on top. 4.49MM of it was moved from the former Season Championship budget; no additional tokens are created.

  • Kiln token reserve: 300K

4,790,000.00 $FUEGO to decentralized-exchange liquidity and 300,000.00 to the Kiln token reserve, with an initial Kiln inventory target of 60 existing eligible Fuegos, subject to actual ownership, custody and funding. Token allocations are not dollar liquidity. The paired ETH, starting price, Kiln exchange rate and exact fees are not set here.

4.79MM $FUEGO is allocated to decentralized-exchange liquidity and 300K to the Kiln token reserve, with an initial Kiln inventory target of 60 existing eligible Fuegos, subject to actual ownership, custody and funding. LP depth means the assets available in the liquidity pool to support token trading. Token allocations are not dollar liquidity. How the Kiln connects the two markets

If $FUEGO becomes more valuable relative to NFTs, exchanging an eligible NFT for tokens can become attractive. In the other direction, tokens can be used to obtain NFTs already held by the Kiln.

These exchanges can help connect the markets, but only while inventory and reserves are available. The Kiln does not guarantee a token price or NFT floor.

An exchange can carry two separate charges: an ETH charge and a $FUEGO fee. The quote shows them separately. Only the $FUEGO fee feeds Kiln reserves; the ETH charge is fee income and does not refill the Kiln with $FUEGO.

The Kiln's exchange rate and exact fees are not yet decided, so no exchange price or capacity figure is stated here. The mechanism described above is unchanged.

Before confirming an exchange, the quote must show what you give and receive, all applicable charges, any extra payment required and when the quote expires. Future fee income is not money already available in the reserve.
